Complete redesign of the website for a company specialized in Quality of Experience (QoE) analytics and optimization. The goal was to create a clear, user-centered platform that effectively communicates complex technical content and enhances the brand’s credibility in the digital performance space.

The Challenge:

The previous website lacked structure and clarity, making it difficult for users to understand the company’s services and expertise. The challenge was to simplify the information architecture, improve navigation, and build a design system that supports both readability and consistency across all pages.

The Result

A research-driven redesign process involving user interviews, qualitative and quantitative surveys, and behavioral analysis with Hotjar. Personas and empathy maps were created to guide the new information architecture, supported by card sorting and content hierarchy exercises. The project culminated in a cohesive design system, high-fidelity wireframes and mockups, user testing, and iterative improvements.
