Eat Up

A mobile app that delivers a healthy lunch box for your kids straight to your door.

The problem

During childhood, the majority of children are picky eaters in some way or another.

Parents struggle to provide healthy diets for their kids.

Packing school lunches every day can therefore be a stressful experience.

The solution

A mobile app that allows parents to order personalized lunch boxes prepared with healthy, balanced foods that children will actually eat because it’s delicious, visually appealing with a little surprise in it.

I made an introduction, an onboarding process that users go through when they first launch the application.

The purpose is to familiarize users with the app's features, functionalities, and overall user interface.

This initial experience is crucial for creating a positive user onboarding, helping users understand how to navigate the app and encouraging them to explore its capabilities. They can skip it tho.

The user needs to log in to the system to access personalized features.

Then, he has to choose between four predefined boxes, each tailored to a child's preferences or interests. He also has the option to create a custom box.

These boxes are filled with healthy, organic, and balanced food and have cute shapes and eco-friendly packaging.

I made a fast and easy checkout process to enhance user experience and minimize frustration. I also wanted to make sure that user can easily edit his order or cancel items directly from the checkout page.

There are auto-fill features wherever possible to minimize manual input and a summary of the selected items, pricing, and any applicable discounts or promotions. This allows user to review his choices before finalizing the purchase.

I have integrated an order tracking and real-time communication with the delivery person to enhance the overall customer experience and a feedback system that benefits both the clients and the delivery personnel.
