Their existing interface didn’t fit their vision and goals. They needed the expertise of a skilled designer to revamp their digital presence in order to elevate the visual appeal of the interface but also to make it more intuitive and efficient for users.
Before the redesign:

After understand the audience and their needs, I simplified the dashboard by focusing on the most critical information.
I prioritized the key metrics and data points that users need to see, and avoided cluttering the interface with unnecessary elements.
Important data should be more prominent, and less critical information should be less emphasized. This helps users quickly identify and focus on essential insights.
I added some colors and maintained consistency in colors, fonts, and layout and used icons that can be powerful visual elements in a dashboard design as they can quickly convey information, improve visual appeal, and enhance user experience.
I created appropriate data visualizations for the type of information we are presenting.
